The result of global centenary buildings, projects and consulting engineers under International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) was announced recently. Four projects constructed by MBEC won this award, among which the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, Wuhan Tianxinzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Qinghai-Tibet Railway were awarded the Award of Merit, and the Sutong Bridge was awarded the Award of Excellence.

13 key projects including the Three Gorges Project, Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel, etc. and 3 consulting engineers in China recommended by China National Association of Engineering Consultants (CNAEC) representing Chinese Engineering Consulting Industry won this award, Xinhua reported. By winning approximately one third of the total, China became the biggest winner.
